The Cabinet Secretary for Investments, Trade and Industry, Lee Kinyanjui, re-appoints Anthony Wainaina to be a Member of the Board of Special Economic Zones Authority, for a period of 3 years, with effect from the 19th of May, 2026.
Gazette Notice No. 4819: Re-Appointment and Revocation of Board Members of Kenyatta National Hospital
The Cabinet Secretary for Health, Aden Bare Duale re-appoints Thomas Kipkosgei Cheruiyot as a member of the Board of Directors of the Kenyatta National Hospital for a period of 3 years with effect from the 2nd of April 2026; and also revokes the appointment of David Kipchirchir Rotich.

The Court of Appeal’s decision to quash the decision of the Public Procurement Administrative Review Board in awarding the subject tender reinforces the rule that statutory timelines are unforgiving and strictly enforced. Bidders cannot sit on their rights and use complaints as a fallback strategy if they fail to win a tender. Due diligence now requires immediate and proactive legal action at the very first sight of a procurement irregularity.
