Leila has over 10 years of experience in management consulting, Supply chain consulting, Commercial management and operational roles within consulting, FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) and shipping industries. She is an experienced project manager and process improvement specialist focusing on Lean and Value Stream mapping methodologies having worked in diverse locations around the world with McKinsey and Company, GE Healthcare, Procter & Gamble (P&G) and E.A.P. Moller Maersk Group. She is primarily involved in the research consultancy arm of the firm and also brings in expertise in providing advice to diverse international commercial transactions before the firm.
